Infusion of Cash Crucial to Countering Right Wing Attacks
Washington, D.C. [7/12/12] – Majority PAC announced today that it raised $5.4 million in the second quarter of 2012. In a demonstration of growing momentum, the total raised is triple the amount the PAC raised the previous quarter.
“Majority PAC is building momentum and growing stronger each day, and we will be prepared to fight back against Republican attacks all the way to November,” said Susan McCue, a strategist for Majority PAC. “We are continuing to build out the Nevada 2010 model of effectively and efficiently messaging to every potential voter in key states. And we are laser focused on specific regions and constituencies. Come November, voters back home will know all they need to about the slate of right-wing Senate candidates trying to take us backwards.”
Majority PAC also reported it has $4.6 million cash on hand to defend Democratic candidates against Republican attacks.
